To make sure we understand your needs and so we can figure out what the best way forward will be, we will usually start with a pre-project that will take 1-2 months, depending on the complexity of the project. During this time, we will have regular meetings and start preparing designs (so-called wireframes) if applicable.

At the end of the pre-project, we will be able to present an offer for how we can help you scale your business to the next level using software development. You will receive a detailed plan and – if applicable – a complete UX design, so you can also do the actual implementation with another company, should you so choose.

Should we decide to continue to work together, then we will either provide you with a full development team (link) or build the software as a one-off project (link).

Marvin Massih, owner of Fjordfox Consulting, is a seasoned software engineer specializing in supporting entrepreneurs. His journey began in Berlin, Germany, where as a teenager he developed his own email software and identified a critical security flaw in the widely-used “phpBB” forum software. This early success propelled him into commercial software development while still in high school, serving major German corporations and the automotive industry.

Being fluent in German, English and Norwegian, Marvin studied computer science and computational linguistics in Norway and Germany. Computational linguistics is the scientific foundation for tools like ChatGPT, Google Translate and Siri, which many of us now use everyday. He graduated from the University of Potsdam, Germany, as the best of his class.

With a deep understanding of the Norwegian market gained through years of work in Oslo’s IT consulting sector, Marvin founded Fjordfox Consulting in 2015.
